Our Ethos:

We support young people’s learning and empowering through a process of non-formal education. As the participation in our activities is on a voluntary base, we should offer them the activities which they will want to use. Young people are valued with respect. We do not treat them as undeveloped adults but we work with them as they are human beings who have their own ideas, wishes and opinions. We encourage them to make their own decisions and choices and to take the responsibility for their own development.
